New Forum URL

I've added [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] as a gate to the forum here. Nothing is changing and we arent moving or anything like that, just using the domain we've got to cover this as well. Might be easier for some folks to remember, and maybe easier to tell ppl about the forum itself, when we finally get to the point that we're looking to bring ppl in.
